How Do I Update My SIGIS List?

The SIGIS list is updated by a service on the pharmacy server.

 

After the update is completed, you should receive a message in the Notification Center for one of the following scenarios:

 

"____ inventory FSA Eligible values updated" — Shows the number of updated items

 

"Up-to-date" — Shown if the list is already current

 

"Inventory FSA Eligible values failed to update" Error message (This might be corrected by running the FSA Eligible Fixup utility)

 

"No Results returned from IIAS service" This may indicate that the file was not in the correct place or did not have the correct format
