How Do I Correct AWP throughout my Inventory?

The Average Wholesale Price (AWP) of your drugs can be updated to match information from Medi-Span. If you run the AWP Price Fixup, ProPharm will check your records for drugs that have an NDC and Purchase Quantity that match a Medi-Span drug. If a match is found, ProPharm will update the drug in your records to have the same AWP as the Medi-Span drug.

You can click on the Start AWP Price Fixup button to begin this process. After a few moments, a notification will appear letting you know how many drug records were updated.

How Do I Update Doctor Information?

With the Doctor Fixup, you can make sure your doctor records are up-to-date with Surescripts' information. ProPharm will look at the Surescripts file and find any matching NPI and DEA numbers. After it has established a link between a doctor in your records and in the Surescripts file, it will update your records with the current Surescripts information for the doctor.

You can click on the Start Doctor Fixup button to begin this process. After a few moments, a notification will appear letting you know how many doctor records were updated.
