How Do I Run a Charge Export?

1.Click on the Tools menu item.

2.Select Charge Export. The Charge Export screen will open.

3.In the Stop Date field, you can click on the calendar icon and select a date from the calendar. (Typically, the current date should be selected. This will create a file with all of the charges up to today's date.)

The current date will normally be used in the Stop Date field, but there may be situations where a different date is needed. For example, if you were running the export at the end of every month, but the final day of a month fell on the weekend, then you might run the export when you had returned to work on Monday but set the Stop Date to the last day of the previous month.

4.In the Cycle field, you can search for the correct Billing Cycle.

5.When you have chosen the correct Cycle and Stop Date, click on the Export button. A banner will appear at the bottom of the screen, showing the export that was created, along with its time and date.

6.Click on the Download button in the banner to download the Excel file. The file will be saved to your Downloads folder. (NOTE: If you run the export and then decide that you do not want to download the file, you can click on the Undo button without completing the download.)

How Do I Reproduce Recent Exports?

If you need to reproduce files for recent Charge Exports, you can click on the Last 5 Exports button. Each of the previous five exports will be reproduced and will appear in banners at the bottom of the screen. You can then download these files as necessary.
