Viewing Workflow History

From the Preview screen, you can view a script's history as it has moved through the various Workflow steps in your pharmacy.

How Do I View a History of the Script's Workflow Events?

1.In the Patient Profile, choose the correct script and click on the Preview Script button.

2.The Preview window should automatically display the latest fill for the script. If necessary, you can locate a previous fill on the left side of the screen and Preview that fill instead.

3.Click on the Options button and select View Workflow Events. The "Workflow Event History" window will open.

4.From here, you can view the events that have occurred in this script's journey through your Workflow stages.

 

You can also view the Workflow Event History directly from the Patient Profile screen by clicking on the gear icon for the selected script and choosing the Events option.

 

 

How Do I Void an Event?

From within the "Workflow Event History" window, you can select an event and void it. Voiding an event does not erase it from your logs, but it allows Workflow to act as if that event never occurred.

 

For example, if the "Workflow Event History" shows an event of  "Print Label," you can select that event and click on the Void Event button to mark it as inactive. If any Workflow Stage has "Print Label" as an Entry Requirement, once the event has been voided, the script will be removed from the Workflow Stage (as long as there are no other requirements that the script has met to put it in that stage). Workflow will no longer take that event into account.
