Using the Home Screen

When you first open ProPharm One+, you will be taken to the Home Screen. You can customize this area, adding a variety of useful widgets that will allow you to see important information and to move quickly throughout ProPharm.

 

The widgets you add to the Home Screen will be specific to your user account. Each user can set up their own widget preferences.

 

There are widgets for tasks like checking the weather and looking at the number of orders that have been processed during the day. There are many other options as well. Follow the instructions below to add or edit widgets on your Home Screen.

How Do I Add/Edit Widgets?

The home screen can hold a variety of boxes (widgets) that can show important information. Some of these widgets allow you to click on them and go directly to the associated screen within ProPharm. To add a widget, click on the Add Widget button in the Home Screen. The "Add Widget" pop-up window will appear. Click on the drop-down arrow and select one of the widget options from the list. Then click Add inside the window. The widget will be added to your Home Screen. If you want to remove a widget, click on the Edit Widgets button and then choose which widget to delete.

 

You can also move widgets around to different positions on the screen by clicking on the Edit Widgets button and dragging the widgets to the desired locations.

 

 

How Do I Use Workflow Widgets?

Widgets that you add to the Home Screen will be specific to your user account. Each user can set up their own widget preferences. However, there are also "Workflow widgets" that apply to all users. There is a widget for every stage in your system's Workflow.

 

To view Workflow widgets, click on the View Current Workflow Widgets button. Click on any of these Workflow widgets to go directly to that Workflow stage. (You can toggle back to your own widgets by clicking on the View User Widgets button.)

 

You can also add a widget for a specific Workflow stage to your "User widgets." To do this, click on the Add Widget button. In the pop-up window, choose the "Workflow Stage" option and click Add. Then click Edit Widgets and use the search field inside the widget to choose the correct Workflow stage. When you are done, click Save.

 

 

How Do I Add a Weather Widget?

You can add a "Weather" widget to tell you the current temperature and weather conditions. This will be based on the ZIP Code that you enter for the widget.

 

Click on the Add Widget button. In the pop-up window, choose the "Weather" option and click Add. Then click Edit Widgets and enter a ZIP Code for your weather widget. You can also enter a City name, which will display on the widget. (The City is simply a free-text field. You can enter any name you choose. ProPharm will use the ZIP Code to determine the location for weather information.) When you are done, click Save.

 

 

How Do I Add an Unread Messages Widget?

You can set up a widget that will show the number of unread messages that are currently in the Messaging Center. To do this, follow the instructions below.

 

Click on the Add Widget button. In the pop-up window, choose the "Unread Messages" option and click Add. The "Unread Messages" widget will show the number of unread messages that are waiting for you in the Messaging Center. You can click on this widget to go directly to the Messaging Center and begin processing these messages.

 

 

How Do I Get Back to the Home Screen?

If you navigate away from the Home Screen, you can always return by clicking on the house icon in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen.
