Managing Your Account

If you need to make changes to your account, click on the profile icon that is shown in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen. This will open the Account Profile page. From here you can make changes to your address information, add or remove members of your household, review your order history, or manage your general account settings.

Addresses

Follow the instructions below to make adjustments to your address information.

 

1.Click on the profile icon in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen. The Account Profile page will open.

2.The Addresses tab should be open.

3.To add an address to your account, click on the Create New Address option.

a.Enter your address information and click on the Save button.

b.You will be taken back to the Account Profile page. The new address should be listed along with your other addresses.

 

4.To edit one of your addresses, choose the correct address from your list and click on the Edit button.

 

You will not be able to edit your Primary (or "Home") address from the website. Please contact the pharmacy to update this information.

 

a.Make any necessary changes to the address and click Save.

b.You will be taken back to the Account Profile page. Your changes should appear in the address list.

 

5.When you are finished, you can select another tab or click on the Return to order button.

 

 

Household Members

You can manage the accounts for your entire household from the Household Members tab. This tab will only appear if your records show that you have a group/household listed with the pharmacy.

 

If you need to make changes to your household information, follow the instructions below.

 

1.Click on the profile icon in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen. The Account Profile page will open.

2.Click on the Household Members tab.

3.A list will appear showing all the members of your household. You can click on the Create New Member link to add a new person to your list. (You can only add non-insured members in this way. To add dependents, you will need to contact the pharmacy.)

4.For each adult household member, you will see a list of dependents. You can choose which dependents will be controlled by which member. Just mark the checkbox next to that dependent to give the member control.

 

Underage patients will not be able to access their own accounts. Once a patient comes of age, they can manage their accounts themselves. However, you will need to send them an invitation email to access the site and (if desired) give you access. An alert banner will appear at the top of the screen if there are patients who need an invitation to manage their own accounts. Once they have logged on, they can give you permission to handle their accounts for them.

 

5.Once you have set up your household, you can select another tab or click on the Return to order button.

 

 

Order History

To review your order history:

 

1.Click on the profile icon in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen. The Account Profile page will open.

2.Click on the Order History tab.

3.A list of orders will be shown, displaying the date that each was submitted.

4.To view the details of the transaction, select the correct date and click on the View Receipt option.

5. After reviewing the order details, you can click on the Print Receipt button to print a hard copy, or choose Close Receipt to return to the order history list.

6.When you are finished, you can select another tab or click on the Return to order button.

 

 

Account Settings

To manage your account details:

 

1.Click on the profile icon in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen. The Account Profile page will open.

2.Click on the Account Settings tab. The following options will be available:

 

 

Would You Like to Allow Text Alerts?

If you want to be notified about your prescriptions via text message, flip the switch to the Yes option. Enter your cell phone number in the space provided.

 

Update Your Email Account

To change your email account, enter your new email address and your current password. After you have entered this information, click on the Change Email button.

 

Change Password

If you want to change your password, enter your current password and then enter (and confirm) the new password. Click on the Change Password button.

 

 

3.When you have made the necessary changes to your account, you can select another tab or click on the Return to order button.
