Transactions - Checkout

The Point of Sale Transactions screen allows you to view past orders and print receipts. For customers who mail scripts, there is also an option to resubmit items that were not processed and shipped properly.

 

To view an order:

 

1.Click on the Point of Sale menu item.

2.Select Transactions - Checkout. The "Point of Sale Transactions" screen will open.

3.You can filter the list of transactions by a date range. To do this, you can click on the Transaction Date field and choose an option (Today, Last Month, etc.) or enter a beginning and ending date in the date fields.

4.In the Transaction Status field, you can click on the drop-down arrow and select "All" or view orders with a particular status (Processing, Paid, etc.).

5.You can filter the list of orders by selecting a specific Patient.

6.You can also filter by a date range. To do this, you can click on the Transaction Date field and choose an option (Today, Last Month, etc.) or manually enter a beginning and ending date in the date fields.

7.There is an option to search by a specific Ticket Number.

8.A list of orders will be shown. You can click on an order to view its details.

9.A Transaction Summary will be shown for the selected order, showing details of the sale item, price information, status, etc.

 

From here, you can click on the Print Receipt button to print a receipt for the order (or click Preview Receipt to look over the receipt before you print it). You can also click on the button to View Details.

 

 

For certain pharmacies using the Customer Portal and shipping medication to patients, the Resubmit Unshipped Items button will appear for transactions that still have unshipped items. (This button will not appear for items that have already been shipped.) On some occasions, the service that ships orders to customers temporarily goes down. If you find there has been a problem with the transaction and some items were not shipped, you can locate the transaction and click on the Resubmit Unshipped Items button. This will send the request for the items again.
